Welcome to Dahe. Please read these Terms of Use carefully before accessing or using our mobile application. By downloading, installing, or using the Dahe application, you agree to be legally bound by these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not access or use the application.

1. Use of the Application

Dahe is an application designed for menstrual cycle tracking, providing predictions and related information. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download, install, and use the application for your personal and non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

2. Accuracy of Information

Dahe provides predictions and information based on the data you provide and algorithms designed for this purpose. However:

• The application should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Predictions are estimates and we do not guarantee their absolute accuracy.
• You should not use the application as a contraceptive method or as a tool to diagnose medical conditions.

3. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy, which can be found here, describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our application.

4. Intellectual Property

The Dahe application, including all its content, features, and functionality, is owned by Dahe App and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from our application, except as permitted by these Terms.

5. Prohibitions

When using the application, you agree not to:

• Use the application in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Use the application to send unsolicited advertising or promotional material.
• Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the application.
• Attempt to access areas of our systems that are not publicly available.
• Use the application for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dahe and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

1. Your use of or inability to use the application;
2. Any changes made to the application or any temporary or permanent interruption of the application;
3. Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;
4. Statements or conduct of third parties regarding the application.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide you with at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

8. Applicable Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country where Dahe has its main headquarters, without regard to its conflict of legal provisions.
